Pricing FAQ
Do you provide the alcohol?
No...and that’s what make us better than using a traditional bar – there’s no mark up on the alcohol. You can provide what you want at your event, so that it is specific to your needs.
Where will BOW go?
BOW is happy to travel anywhere within the San Diego metro area (92103) and can even go further afield. If your wedding or event is outside of this area, please contact us for a quote. We love to explore those gorgeous destinations and venues that are that little bit unusual.
Is a deposit required to hold my reservation?
Yes. A nonrefundable deposit of half the rental cost is due at booking with the signed contract. This will hold your date. No other event will be booked for BOW on that date. The remaining rental cost is due two weeks prior to the event. Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking date until we receive your deposit.
What is provided with BOW?
She comes with her own antique window hatch, white wall tires, built in cooler, bar storage, and vintage light fixtures. All we really require is access to power, however in circumstances where this is not possible, we can even provide that too. Then all you have to do is provide whatever it is you would like to serve. It’s as simple as that!
